Hourly Rate: USD $16.77 - $25.99
Position Overview:
• Full-time position, Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Working every third weekend

In this role, you will support patients undergoing medical, surgical, or radiation treatment, helping them manage side effects and contributing significantly to their healing process. A reliable and compassionate caregiver who is detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional care in a specialized cardiac setting.
Qualifications:
• Required Education and Certifications:
• One of the following: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Enrollment in nursing school with at least one semester of clinicals completed, or two years of relevant experience in a nursing assistant role
• CPR certification required or to be obtained during onboarding
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience in acute care is preferred
• Strong observational skills with the ability to swiftly respond to changes in patient conditions
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care while ensuring safety and comfort
• Assist with ambulation, hygiene, nutrition, and toileting needs
• Accurately document interventions, observations, and patient responses
• Prepare patients for cardiac monitoring and procedures as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized care environment in collaboration with the healthcare team
Your Role Involves:
• Assisting patients with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and toileting with dignity
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs, blood glucose levels, and patient observations
• Supportive preparation of patients for tests, procedures, and treatments
• Responding promptly to patient call lights to ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborating with nurses and providers to maintain an efficient unit
