Greeley County Health Services is seeking a Shared Services Patient Education and Community Referral Coordinator to serve as a key liaison among regional shared-services programs and local communities. This role will enhance patient navigation, increase early detection, and support the growth of the regional oncology program.

Responsibilities include coordinating community outreach, patient education initiatives, and referral networks while promoting awareness of specialty services. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred.
