• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and effectively manage oncologic emergencies within the scope of practice.
• Conduct thorough assessments, manage symptoms, and provide essential patient education.
• Work in close collaboration with oncologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient care.
• Maintain precise electronic health records and adhere to safety and infection-control standards rigorously.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, potential side effects, and necessary home care instructions.
• Follow all Supplemental Health Care policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality metrics diligently.
• Foster an inclusive culture and provide mentorship to newer nurses as required.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and oncology-specific training opportunities.
