Your Responsibilities Include:
• Assessing patient conditions upon admission and regularly throughout shifts, promptly reporting any changes.
• Executing medical procedures and functions as prescribed, ensuring thorough documentation in patient records.
• Administering medications and monitoring patients for therapeutic responses, intervening as necessary.
• Providing exceptional care by anticipating patient needs and responding to requests effectively.
• Educating patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and possible side effects, making complex medical information understandable.

Qualifications Required:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the relevant state.
• Eligibility as a new graduate with less than six months of RN experience at the program's start.
