In this vital role, you will provide essential value-based care to oncology patients primarily in outpatient settings across the Hartford region, including the Manchester & Avon sites.

Qualifications:
• Must be eligible for licensure in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is also required.
• Prior oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is necessary.
• A minimum of 1 year of practice experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is preferred.
