Schedule: Part Time - 30 hours/week, 10-hour shifts, 3 days/week.

Qualifications:
• Eligibility for licensure in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required.
• National Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family, Adult, or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner is required.
• A chemotherapy biotherapy provider card is necessary.
• Preferred: Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN.
