Job Responsibilities
• Independently evaluate patients and document plans of care
• Manage chemotherapy toxicities and conduct some new patient evaluations
• Prescribe and manage chemotherapy medications
• Perform bone marrow biopsies
Qualifications
• Active CT license
• Board Certified (BC)
• ONS chemotherapy certification
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certified
• Proficient in Epic EMR
Working Hours
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts
Skills
• Strong knowledge of oncology and hematology patient care
• Experience with outpatient hematology and chemotherapy prescribing
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with support staff
• Excellent patient management and documentation skills
