Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
Setting: Outpatient oncology (solid tumor only); infusion center support
Responsibilities:
• Outpatient follow-up for solid tumor oncology patients

• Evaluation/assessment and symptom management

• Support infusion nursing staff

• Assist with lab value follow-up and symptom management on call
Required Procedures: None specified
EMR System: Epic (Beacon)
Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, infusion nurses, radiation oncology team
Days Per Month: Approx. 16
On-Call/Weekends: Rotation 1 in 3 4 weeks (includes night/weekend calls for labs/symptoms)

Submission Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (prior to start) REQUIRED

• Recent outpatient oncology experience REQUIRED

• Oregon license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• AONCP certification REQUIRED

• NPDB Self Query REQUIRED

• BLS REQUIRED

• Clean background/no malpractice REQUIRED

• Full presentation uploaded into Trio REQUIRED

• CAQH login and password REQUIRED at time of offer

• Verbal confirmation of DEA REQUIRED
