Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner Outpatient & Inpatient Care in New Ulm, MN

Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $124.12/hr Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
What You ll Do:
Manage outpatient oncology patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff Support patient care in an outpatient setting with inpatient collaboration as needed Utilize Epic EMR for coordinated care documentation Provide education, follow-up, and treatment planning for diverse age groups Support the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient experiences
What You Need:
Minnesota licensure for Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) Board Certification as PA or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Experience working with cancer patients preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work the scheduled hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
