Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate closely with physicians on treatment plans

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care

• Prescribe medications and initiate interventions in accordance with established protocols

• Incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making

• Support quality outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

Requirements
