Oncology Nurse Navigator: Patient Care & Coordination

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks a Nurse Navigator to guide patients and families through cancer care, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and removing barriers to timely treatment.
The role requires an RN with a nursing degree and current BLS certification, plus 3 years of nursing experience (2 in disease-specific or care coordination). The nurse will mentor others and stay current with oncology advances.
