Job Description
OSF HealthCare is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to work within a multidisciplinary oncology team. The role focuses on advocating for patients, coordinating care, and educating patients and families throughout survivorship programs.
The position requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and oncology navigation certification within 3 years of hire. A BSN is preferred, with at least 3 years of nursing experience and oncology exposure.
