Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care for patients with complex blood cancers, ensuring they receive comprehensive and continuous support.
• Utilize expert clinical skills to assess patient needs and facilitate necessary medical interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance communication and streamline patient monitoring.
What You Bring to the Team:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• Current RN licensure by Texas Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of acute care environments, particularly in assessing medical necessity.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare requirements.
