Location: Sarasota
Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator who will guide and support patients and families through their cancer care journey. The role focuses on building relationships with patients and physicians while coordinating care plans and advocating within a multidisciplinary environment.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least three years of clinical practice in a healthcare setting. The preferred candidate would have oncology nurse certification and Microsoft Office skills.
