Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in Oncology
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor oncology patients to ensure optimal care
Safely administer chemotherapy and related treatments
Manage symptoms and side effects associated with cancer treatments
Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and support staff
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care needs
Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Promote safety protocols and quality healthcare outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure
Experience in oncology nursing preferred
Strong assessment and clinical skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
