Position: Oncology | Highly Flexible Scheduling Options | No Call | 900K+ Yr 1 | Minnesota

• Community based Oncology practice, with a well-balanced mix of cases
• Reasonable patient volumes of ~12 pts/day, allowing you to focus on quality of care
• 4-day work week (alternative/flexible scheduling options also available)
• Highly experienced support staff - 4 Oncology APPs and extensive nursing support
• Regular tumor boards & access to clinical trials
• Rad Onc & Palliative Care on site
• Easy access to subspecialists for collaboration/consultation
• Lucrative compensation: generous base salary (higher than what 90% of practices offer) + additional wRVU bonuses available
• $200K signing bonus,
• 36 days of total time off (20 days of Allowed Time Away, 10 days' CME & 6 holidays), 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice & more
• J1 waiver & H1B visa sponsorship available, experienced legal team to help support
