In this pivotal role as a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state practice standards. Collaborating with medical teams, you'll provide comprehensive, compassionate care while adhering to established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' Act as an advocate for patients and families, embodying our organization’s vision and values to ensure a positive patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, quickly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Perform medical procedures and monitor patients as ordered, ensuring meticulous documentation of care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor for therapeutic responses, and act appropriately in case of adverse reactions.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient needs and proactively anticipating requirements.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring they understand complex medical information.

Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or valid compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 30 days of employment start date.
