Providing medical leadership and clinical oversight for ordering physicians, the full-time remote Oncology Medical Operations Director will manage physician onboarding, optimize ordering workflows, and enhance the clinical experience initiatives within the oncology business. Key Responsibilities Serve as the physician-facing point of medical contact for ordering providers, applying clinical judgment to resolve questions and concerns Lead the development and optimization of physician onboarding and ordering workflows to ensure a seamless experience Identify and address clinical and operational barriers that impact physician adoption, utilization, and retention Required Qualifications MD degree required, with clinical training sufficient to engage ordering physicians as a credible peer Strong understanding of physician workflows and clinical decision-making realities for ordering providers Experience in healthcare operations, payer organizations, or process improvement functions preferred Demonstrated ability to improve healthcare delivery and operational efficiency Experience working across medical, operational, and commercial teams is highly desirable
