Oncology LPN: Patient Care & Assessment Specialist

American Oncology Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support Oncology Consultants at Medical Center CCO Office. You will handle patient calls, assess needs, and coordinate with providers to ensure appropriate care.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, reviewing charts for adverse events, facilitating provider orders, handling prescriptions, and complying with privacy laws. Travel <25% expected; occasional remote work may be required.
