Full time opportunity to help those in need of infusion therapy for hematologic and oncology treatments. Setting is in an adult outpatient infusion center. $5,000 Sign-on bonus. Compensation 60k-80k, negotiable based on experience.
Overview
Oversee and direct the care of medical and surgical patients with Hematologic/Oncologic diagnosis receiving care in the outpatient setting. The Adult Infusion Center RN serves and leads the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Evaluates, plans, implements, and documents nursing care for patients in need of intravenous treatments or cellular therapeutic procedures. Determines and appropriately cannulates venipuncture sites in order to administer intravenous therapy treatments. Provides information to patients and families regarding intravenous therapy. When the need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
