Position: Oncology Infusion Clinical Pharmacist – Sign-On Bonus
UChicago Medicine is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join its Ambulatory Oncology Infusion centers, responsible for providing safe and effective medication therapy for hematology/oncology patients.
The role involves verifying oncology orders, checking hazardous admixtures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy and eligible for licensure in Illinois.
