Leading the development and execution of HEOR strategies for oncology products, the full-time remote Oncology HEOR Product Director will manage research plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive value demonstration initiatives to optimize product positioning and reimbursement. Key responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally to shape brand strategies and develop US-focused value propositions for oncology products Lead the design and execution of health economic and outcome research projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and effective project management Implement and communicate product-specific HEOR strategies, partnering with teams to develop customer-facing tools that demonstrate product value Required qualifications Doctoral level research degree (PhD, ScD) in a relevant discipline or a clinical doctoral degree (MD, DO, PharmD) with additional qualifications in a relevant field Five to seven years of relevant experience in conducting HEOR studies, with expertise in health services research and pharmacoeconomic analyses Strong methodological, quantitative, and analytical skills with the ability to conduct independent data analyses In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including R&D, clinical, and marketing aspects Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
