Job Title: Oncology Financial Navigator
Location (city, state): Toms River, NJ

Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
About Our Client:
A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is expanding its oncology financial navigation program and seeking a dedicated Team Lead to support multiple hospital sites while overseeing onsite Financial Navigators.
Job Description:
The Oncology Financial Navigator provides onsite financial navigation support to oncology patients, helping them understand and manage the financial aspects of their care. The role includes hands-on patient financial counseling, insurance and benefits guidance, financial assistance support, and coordination with internal teams to help reduce financial barriers to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor workflows, productivity, team performance, and compliance.
• Manage complex patient financial navigation cases across sites.
• Travel daily between assigned New Jersey sites.
Qualifications:
• EPIC experience (required)
• Background in patient financial eligibility, billing, Medicaid eligibility, social work, or patient advocacy
• Hospital or oncology experience strongly preferred
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active insurance
