Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Saint Paul, MN territory. This field-based role educates healthcare providers on reimbursement, supports access and adherence, and collaborates with sales and peer teams to optimize patient pathways.
The FRM will travel up to 75% and spend significant time on-site with HCPs. Requires strong knowledge of payer policies, buy-and-bill, and prior authorizations.
