Veterinary Medical Director Full-Time opportunity in Cincinnati, OH ProSal Model: Up to $220,000 base and monthly production bonus Why Join Care Center Cincinnati Care Center Cincinnati is seeking a Medical Director to lead our experienced emergency and specialty team.
Partnering closely with hospital leadership, you'll drive medical excellence, team development, and strategic growth in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You'll join a collaborative team of 10 experienced Emergency Doctors and board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines, supported by daily rounds that promote exceptional patient care and teamwork.

What You Bring - DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure. - Possesses a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally in an Emergency/Specialty hospital, and a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred. - Confidence managing emergency cases and making sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing emergency and specialty veterinary medicine.
