Role Summary
We are on the lookout for passionate, innovative, and driven professionals to join our team as an Oncology Consultant for Radiopharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating demand and fostering referrals within your designated region. This position requires a proactive approach to identify and engage with key stakeholders such as Medical Oncologists, Hematology/Oncology specialists, Surgical Oncologists, and a robust referral network.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement the corporate brand strategy
• Develop expertise in disease states and product offerings
• Manage and nurture customer relationships
• Provide educational support to healthcare professionals
• Conduct market and business analysis
• Construct strategic business plans
• Surpass business objectives
• Collaborate across functional teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in Sales or Market Access, ideally with a strong scientific background and knowledge of oncology, particularly radiopharmaceuticals, neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), and oncolytic rare diseases.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining robust HCP relationships.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to implement solutions while leveraging resources.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Competency in Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and CRM technology.
• Self-starter with creativity and a curious mindset, eager to lead territory performance and adapt to rapid changes.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements and key company meetings as required.
• A valid and unrestricted state driver's license is mandatory, with a good driving record.
• Residency within or near the assigned territory (within 100 miles) is crucial.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $210,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package for US-based salaried employees, including health, life, and disability benefits, 401(k), paid company holidays, personal days, and accrued vacation time. Additional benefits available.
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
