Oncology Clinical Trials Growth Lead

Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and guides them into clinical trials across multiple sites and sponsors. This role starts the engagement earlier in the enrollment funnel, coordinating internal teams and external partners to optimize throughput.

You will own the end-to-end process from identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, to randomization, and build a scalable team as volume grows.
