Join our dynamic team as an Oncology Clinical Strategy Consultant, where you will play a vital role in bridging clinical insights with technological execution. Collaborating with Solution Strategists and Subject Matter Experts, you will help deliver mission-aligned workflows that significantly enhance care delivery across federal healthcare systems.
As the principal clinical advisor for designated service lines within the Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) initiative, your deep clinical expertise combined with an understanding of Oracle Cerner Millennium solutions will drive seamless integration and optimize workflows, elevating clinical performance for service members, Veterans, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Oncology Clinical Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the deployment timeline.
• Ensure that clinical workflows are trained, implemented, and adopted in accordance with Oracle system capabilities and federal program standards.
• Stay current with national design standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices to enhance implementation strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute innovative clinical-centered solutions that align with client needs.
• Facilitate cross-venue collaboration and lead national-level testing and workflow standardization efforts.
• Consult with external customer management to address escalations and foster strong relationships to identify business opportunities.
