Parexel is actively looking for a dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team, responsible for managing and monitoring clinical trials with a focus on Oncology. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices, and internal standards, while prioritizing patient safety and maintaining the highest quality of study execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols and compliance.
• Assess data integrity and oversee patient safety throughout the clinical trials.
• Maintain effective communication with study teams and investigators.
• Document findings and prepare reports detailing site performance and study progress.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site monitoring, preferably within Oncology.
• A degree in a life sciences discipline is required.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time to various clinical trial sites.
