Parexel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing site management and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards for patient safety and quality.

As a CRA, you will:
• Interface with study teams and manage strong relationships with clinical sites.
• Utilize your experience to ensure compliance and data integrity throughout the trial process.
• Travel frequently (60-80% of the time) to monitor site activities and provide support.

The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 3 years of monitoring experience, with a preference for those who have worked in Oncology.
• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
