As an Oncology Clinical Expert, you'll lead customers through the design of clinical and business processes, solution workflows, and successful adoption to ensure realized value. You'll build strong relationships with customers, leveraging your clinical expertise to enhance their success in utilizing our solutions. Your role will involve change management, workflow review, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring projects meet their targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced oncology professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices and solutions. You will guide clients through the changes necessary for achieving key performance indicators related to the adoption of electronic health records across services.

Utilizing strong consulting skills, you will integrate clinical activities, facilitate business process transformations, and provide change management consulting to address organizational challenges posed by new technologies. Your focus will be on driving user adoption and managing change effectively.

This position involves collaboration with staff and leadership from federal customers as well as members of Oracle's clinical and technical teams.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• 8+ years of related experience, which includes:
• At least 5 years of licensed healthcare practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Oncology/Hematology.
• At least 1 year of clinical consulting or healthcare information technology work experience.
• Registered Nurse - State Board professional license required.

You will be expected to adhere to corporate security policies and understand personal responsibilities in safeguarding company and client assets. Be prepared to work irregular hours if necessary, in compliance with local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Informatics.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Biotherapy certification.
• Experience in Oncology clinical research or trials.
• Familiarity with federal agencies.
• Experience in large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) project implementations.

Please note that this role requires 50% - 60% travel.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $79,100 to $158,200 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity.
