Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Oncology Clinical Development Executive Director will shape and execute clinical development strategies for emerging oncology indications while overseeing multiple Global Medical Leads and ensuring high-quality program execution, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US. Key responsibilities: Define and lead disease cluster strategies to enable entry into new oncology indications aligned with enterprise priorities Provide oversight to Global Medical Leads, ensuring timely execution of clinical programs and high-quality data delivery Engage in business development activities, evaluating in-licensing and partnership opportunities while contributing to strategy development Required qualifications: Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related field 8-10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, particularly in oncology clinical development Demonstrated experience leading global development teams and executing clinical development strategies Strong cross-functional expertise spanning clinical, regulatory, safety, and commercial areas Established track record in people leadership and talent development
