Collaborating closely with Solution Strategists, VA Solution Experts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will bridge clinical insights with technical execution to ensure standardized workflows aligned with our mission.
As the principal clinical advisor for designated service lines within the Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) initiative, your extensive clinical expertise, combined with a thorough understanding of Oracle Cerner Millennium solutions, will help optimize workflows and elevate clinical performance across Federal healthcare systems. By keeping abreast of national design standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices, you will guide implementation teams, facilitate collaboration, and lead national testing and workflow standardization initiatives. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering a unified, interoperable electronic health record for service members, Veterans, and their families.
As a key leadership figure and mentor, you will direct and oversee a team of Oncology Clinical Consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will ensure that clinical workflows are effectively trained, implemented, and adopted in line with Oracle's system capabilities and federal program standards. Acting as the primary contact for Clinical Consultants, you will provide daily coaching and support, resolving challenges to ensure seamless deployment operations. Your insights will drive consistent, standardized, and mission-driven workflows, significantly enhancing care delivery.
