Job Description
Seeking a compassionate Oncology Clinical Care Coordinator to support breast cancer patients in a nationally recognized cancer program.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary nurse contact, coordinating care across surgery, oncology, and supportive services, educating and supporting patients and families, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality care, and tracking patient progress to address barriers.
Qualifications include a BSN, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (preferably oncology), active multi-state RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication skills.
