Job Description
Role: RN Specialty – Cancer & Hematology
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to oncology and hematology patients
Coordinate and deliver evidence-based treatments, including chemotherapy and biotherapies
Monitor patient responses and manage symptoms effectively
Educate patients and families on care plans, side effects, and symptom management
Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
Nursing license with specialized knowledge in oncology and hematology care
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
