Oncologist/Hematologist

Providence Medical Group in Eureka, California, is seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Oncologist/Hematologist to join its COC accredited cancer center. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cancer care on the beautiful Northern California coast, supported by a seasoned oncologist and a multidisciplinary team. • COC accredited cancer center

• Offers a full range of cancer care, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy (IMRT, SRS, SBRT, and brachytherapy), surgery, and supportive care

• Uses EPIC/Beacon as EMR

• Supported by a seasoned oncologist and a multidisciplinary team

• Robust weekly tumor board with collegial and multidisciplinary participation of clinicians

• American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer Accredited Program

Responsibilities

• Expand clinical trials in collaboration with Northern California and Portland, Oregon sites

• Collaborate with thoracic, breast and neurosurgery service lines

Compensation

• Compensation is between $477,125 and $523,125 per year

• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• BE or BC Oncologist/Hematologist

• Experienced physician preferred but mentoring available for new graduates
