Coryell Health is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our growing care team in Gatesville, Texas. Clinical Responsibilities
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with cancer and blood disorders
Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, and targeted therapies
Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits and diagnostic testing
Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care resources
Coordinate care across multiple specialties to ensure seamless treatment delivery
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards for complex case discussions
Stay current with advances in oncology through continuing medical education and professional development
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality oncology care
