Job Description
Sarah Bush Lincoln in Illinois is seeking a Nurse Navigator to coordinate care from diagnosis through survivorship. This on-site role requires an ADN and IL RN license with BLS/CPR within 90 days. You will educate patients and families, coordinate visits, and serve as a liaison between providers, patients, and care facilities.
The schedule is Mon-Thu 8:00–16:30 and Fri 8:00–15:00, with compensation starting at $35.43 per hour, based on experience, in the Cancer Center.
