Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – On-Call
Two Schedule Options. More Flexibility. Meaningful Hospice Care.
Looking for an RN schedule that gives you more flexibility without stepping away from meaningful patient care?
The Care Team Hospice is growing in the Greater Cleveland area, and we're looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated On-Call team. We currently have two unique schedule options, allowing you to find the structure that works best for your lifestyle.
Weekend On-Call RN
Friday at 4:30 PM through Monday at 8:00 AM
Work a dedicated weekend schedule while keeping your weekdays open. You'll provide after-hours clinical support, respond to patient and family needs, and complete visits when necessary.
7 On / 7 Off RN
Work 7 days. Then enjoy 7 consecutive days off.
• Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
• Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 8:00 AM
• Seven days completely off between rotations
• A predictable schedule you can plan your life around
Unlike a traditional RN Case Manager position, these roles are not built around managing a full daytime caseload. Your focus is providing responsive after-hours care—assessing changes in condition, managing symptoms, supporting families, and making visits when patients need additional clinical support.
You'll have independence in the field while still having the backing of an experienced hospice team.
