Office Manager, Center City Philadelphia, PA (Onsite), $75,000–$90,000 - TEMP-PERM
Accounting/Office Manager – Responsibilities
- Execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, including billing system maintenance, account reconciliations, and AR management (collections, statements, past due notices).
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Handle bank deposits, general ledger postings, and AP/invoice entry.
- Support HR functions including open enrollment, benefit administration, new hire and termination processes, and personnel file maintenance.
- Assist with biweekly payroll processes, annual reviews, unemployment claims, and recruitment efforts.
- Maintain relationships with benefits broker and 401(k) advisor; provide general administrative support across the organization.
Accounting/Office Manager – Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting required (Bachelor's strongly preferred).
- 5–8 years of hands-on Accounting AND Office Management/HR experience, ideally at a smaller company.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and ADP Workforce Now a plus.
- Solid tenure history required — no frequent job-hopping.
- Self-starter with strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
