Monday-Friday schedule with a 1:6 weekend rotation

Help launch new training programs to help bring on new graduates and develop OTs
Salaried position + weekend bonus rate
Medical/Dental/Vision
4% retirement match Qualifications & Requirements:
Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
10 years of Occupational Therapy preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred
Neuro experienced required
Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
Collaborative, team building personality style
Servant leader mindset
