Incentives/Benefits


• Schedule: 4/10s


• Cross training and coverage in Acute Care and Inpatient Rehab available

• $15,000 sign-on bonus

• $1,000/year for CEUs

• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks


Qualifications & Requirements:


• We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job

• Master or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active WA license or ability to obtain

• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture

• Excellent communication skills across all levels
