Occupational Therapist School Setting in Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist license for West Virginia

• Previous experience in school-based OT settings is strongly preferred

• Must successfully complete all West Virginia credentialing requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
