Job Description

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school or home health settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP development, documentation, and goal implementation
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to support a variety of student needs and ages
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess students' individual needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive strategies
• Assist with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Document therapy sessions and report on student progress regularly
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and professional development as needed
