Job Description
Highlights/Benefits:
• Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments
• Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
• Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience: New Grads Welcome
• See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
• 4/10's Schedule
• 4.5 weeks PTO
• Multiple Insurance plans offered Bonuses / Incentives:
• $25,000 Relocation / Sign on bonus
• PSLF Loan Forgiveness Eligible
• $1,500 Per year in CEUs
• Structured clinical ladder program with compensation increases tied to certifications and specialty areas About the Position:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
