Pay: $88,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience)

- Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care that truly makes a difference
- Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery
- Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline
- Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment

What You Bring:





- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
- Active OT license in Florida
- Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
- 1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
- Strong initiative and independent judgement
- Alignment with the agency's mission and values
