Essential Functions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Demonstrates responsibility and dependability in the support of clinical coordination and clinical communications during agency business hours.
• Responsible for taking vital signs, medical history, surgical history, past family/social history, and determines patients’ chief complaint.
• Documents all relevant information and treatment in the patient's chart and schedules testing and/or referral appointments for patients.
• Maintains medical supply inventory and orders all medical supplies as well as provides support to front office personnel.
• Greets patients and visitors and handles incoming telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

• Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with Nurse Aide Registry
• Basic Life Support certification
