We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to conduct in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key responsibilities include performing focused physical examinations, reviewing electronic medical records via a secure web portal, accurately documenting findings, and providing medical opinions based on assessments. This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medications.

Qualifications and skills required are an active, unrestricted NP or PA license, proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based tools, strong analytical skills, and a compassionate, professional demeanor when interacting with Veterans.

Key duties involve assessing 3-5 Veterans daily, reviewing medical records, and completing VA documentation within a full-time, in-person schedule. Equipment such as a computer and documentation tools are provided.
