Experteer Overview
In this role you support Air Force nuclear deterrence and policy initiatives by providing rigorous analysis and administrative support. You will help adapt deterrence strategies, document key discussions, and assist in governance and policy updates during high-tempo periods. Working within the strategic plans and policy support services group, you contribute to mission-critical decisions in a regulated, classified environment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that blends data analysis with policy insight to strengthen national security outcomes.
Compensation / Benefits

Tasks
• 3+ years of experience in classified environments
• Experience in nuclear security, deterrence, nonproliferation, counterproliferation, intelligence analysis, or strategic planning
• Experience collecting, modeling, and interpreting operational data for decision-making
• Experience evaluating nuclear operations to identify risks or inefficiencies
• Knowledge of NC3 concepts
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and database platforms including Excel and SharePoint
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Nuclear Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering
