Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the PET Imaging Unit. This is a full-time position with 10-hour day shifts.

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will work under the direction of the Department Director and Lead Technologist, collaborating with radiologists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals. You will conduct diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclide-based procedures for diverse patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, ensuring compliance with department and regulatory standards. Your role includes acting as a customer service representative to patients and their families while contributing to quality control and organizational improvement initiatives. You will also participate in the call schedule to address department staffing needs.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an approved nuclear medicine technology program by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
• Upon hire: Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Upon hire: California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a hospital-based nuclear medicine technologist.
